What makes us special…

OUR MISSION

“Through our safe and inspiring environments, our passionate and well-trained staff maintain a kind, respectful, supportive and loving environment: full of exciting opportunities, activities and experiences for children to explore, and interact with, the world around them.

We believe each child has unique and wonderful talents and skills which will help them make their mark on the world. We aim to work with the whole family to help each child achieve the best possible start in life and develop the building blocks for a lifelong love of learning and the confidence, tenacity and enthusiasm to achieve their goals.

With an equal indoor/outdoor focus for learning, and the opportunity for vitally important ‘risky play’ in a carefully structured environment, we help children engage and explore, learning to care for and respect others as well as this beautiful world in which we live!”

We are excited to have extended our outdoor learning with our brand new allotment garden… with a large turfed area, Summer house, pond, sensory plants and sand & digging pits, we will developing raised bed areas, living willow fedges and bowers, wildflower garden and a fire-pit – as well as opportunities for den-building and many more natural play activities. Reviews…

‘Thank you so much for all that you do for my son, he loves being at Little Fishes and loves all his ‘teachers’ He is enjoying trying things with you guys that he won’t do at home (writing, puzzles and colouring) We are both going to be sad when he has to leave and go to school’

‘We were very impressed with our son’s first school report, it’s one thing for him to come home happy and another to hear how well he is doing from yourselves. In the short time he has been with you he has achieved so much and come on so far. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you for all your hard work and support’

‘I have nothing but positive feedback! It really has been lovely to see our daughter enjoy her time at nursery and gain experience in areas I can’t do alone. Not once have I come in and found her crying, thank you for all your hardwork’
